Counties providing each party with their biggest raw-vote margins in the various states (Republicans, Alabama-Colorado)

As Robert David Sullivan noted, Orange County, CA 'provided the Republicans with their biggest raw-vote margin in the state from 1960 through 2004 (except for 1972), giving up the title to Bakersfield’s Kern County in 2008'. The counties providing each party with their biggest raw vote margins in given states have often been very stable, and changes often reflect interesting developments.

This part will list the counties in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, and Colorado for Republicans. A post with links to all the parts is here.
